Automatic picks use team strength fitted to results inferred from saved ladder changes and fixtures. A win against a stronger opponent has more weight. Results that conflict with record changes are excluded. Other published wins, draws and losses use an average opponent. Each result is counted once. A small prior limits changes from sparse data. Higher fitted strength wins; equal strengths draw. Every remaining match is applied to both teams. These picks are a simple scenario baseline, not calibrated forecasts. Manual picks override individual games.
